Overview

Water and particles are the main causes of adverse effects on oil. Water contamination shortens the life of the oil (damage to
base oil, loss of additives, etc.), accelerates corrosion of equipment, and destroys the lubricating film, causing metal-to-metal contact.
Metal-to-metal contact causes abnormal wear within the equipment, resulting in equipment failure. Water in these
oils exist in oil in three forms (free, emulsified, dissolved), and when Water is introduced from the outside or caused by dew
condensation, it is quickly detected and should establish the countermeasures to prevent the above-mentioned problems from
occurring.

Key Features

• Dissolved water (RH%)/Free water (ppm) content of lube oil/hydraulic oil can be measured without reagents.
• LoRa wireless communication available, integrated lubricating oil condition diagnostic tool sold separately
